Red, White and Wild Blueberry Slaw

1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1 cup (250 ml) wild blueberries
1/3 cup (80 ml) fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
- Prepare dressing by mixing cumin and garlic into fresh lime juice in a shaker. Shake well to incorporate.
- Julienne cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and mango.
- Add wild blueberries and mix well.
- Toss in dressing until everything is evenly coated.
