Tropical Wild Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup (125 ml) frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) flax seeds
- ½ cup (125 ml) cottage cheese
- 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened coconut milk beverage (or milk of your choice)
- Add the frozen Wild Blueberries, banana, pineapple, coconut flakes, flax seeds, cottage cheese, and coconut milk beverage into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with additional frozen Wild Blueberries, coconut, or pineapple.
- Serve immediately.
