Wild Blueberry Lemon Rice Pudding Trifle Picture

Ingredients

1 cup wild blueberries

1 lemon squeezed

1 tbsp. white sugar

70 g cut-up angel food cake

Whipped cream

Preparation

Chop up angel food cake into small 1/2 inch pieces and leave out on a tray to dry for 12 hours (optional, but for best results).

Make your vanilla rice pudding recipe & leave to cool or pick up some Rice Rice Baby vanilla rice pudding.

Put wild blueberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a sauce pan to medium heat & cook blueberries until there is a fair amount of liquid and wild blueberries are starting to break open (about 5 mins).

Assemble in alternating layers in glass tumblers or mason jars.
