Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (175 ml) frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ cup (125 ml) frozen mango
  • ½ cup (125 ml) frozen pineapple
  • ½ small banana
  • ½ (125 ml) cup milk
  • ⅔ cup (150 ml) cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
