Wild Blueberry Smoothie
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in pieces
1 cup (250 ml) frozen wild blueberries
1 cup (250 ml) vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (more if desired)
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange juice
Mint leaves for garnish
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until creamy. If too thick add small amounts of juice or milk until desired consistency. Makes 3 (12 ounce) servings.
